Our kaiseki reservation service connects users with partner restaurants. Reservations are subject to restaurant availability and policies. We act as an intermediary and are not responsible for the quality of dining experiences or restaurant services.
Cancellation and modification policies vary by restaurant. Users are responsible for understanding and complying with individual restaurant policies regarding reservations, cancellations, and no-shows.
Products listed on our platform, including hocho knives and tableware, are subject to availability. Prices are displayed in Japanese Yen and may change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities and refuse orders.
Shipping times and costs vary based on location and product type. International shipping may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Our educational courses are designed for informational purposes. While we strive to provide accurate and useful content, we make no guarantees about specific learning outcomes or skill development.
Course materials and content are protected by intellectual property rights and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written permission.
Payment is required at the time of booking or purchase. We accept various payment methods as indicated on our platform. All transactions are processed securely through third-party payment processors.
